SP Invisível is a non-profit civil society organization that works to transform society's relationship with people experiencing homelessness.

• Fill out website forms, such as the partner company form and the contact form;

• Issue donation receipts and maintain accounting and legal records;

Donations made through our website are processed by Trackmob, a platform specializing in payment processing for social organizations. The name, CPF, email, and phone number provided on the donation form are sent to Trackmob solely to create or identify your donor profile and confirm the payment.

SP Invisível does not store credit card information. Transactions take place directly on the payment platform.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• For processing donations with our partner platform Trackmob;

• To process partnership, volunteer, or ambassador applications with the individuals responsible for each area;

• When required by law or court order.

We adopt security best practices to protect your information against unauthorized access, including encrypted connections and restricted access to authorized team members.

The General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) guarantees you, at any time, the right to:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data;
