OUR PROJECTS

Different ways of caring. The same purpose: to make visible those whom society so often fails to see.

At SP Invisível, our projects bring food, shelter, protection, culture, education, and opportunities to people experiencing homelessness and social vulnerability. Always with care, respect, and dignity.

INVISIBLE HUNGER

More than just providing food, we bring dignity, care, and welcoming support.

Invisible Hunger is an SP Invisível project that brings complete, nutritious meals to people experiencing homelessness in the city of São Paulo.

Our initiatives take place at least three times a week, offering not only food, but also an empathetic ear, respect, and human connection.

Each meal is prepared with care and consists of rice, beans, protein, and vegetables, ensuring balanced and nutritious nourishment. In addition, we distribute drinking water, an essential item to ensure hydration, health, and well-being for those living on the streets.

Our menu is designed by a chef, and we are certified by the Health Surveillance Authority (Vigilância Sanitária), reinforcing our commitment to quality and food safety.

We believe that fighting hunger also means acknowledging stories, strengthening bonds, and ensuring that every person is treated with the dignity they deserve.

No one should be invisible. And hunger cannot wait.

INVISIBLE WINTER

Invisible Winter is an SP Invisível campaign that brings protection, care, and welcoming support to people experiencing homelessness during periods of extreme temperatures.

Every solution is born from listening to those living on the streets. Based on the real needs of those living on sidewalks, we develop products that offer more comfort, safety, and dignity.

We distribute new hoodies produced specially for the campaign, socks, beanies, blankets, and raincoats. We also created the Amicão, a hoodie for dogs accompanying their guardians on the streets, and the Abrigo Invisível, a waterproof sleeping bag made from repurposed tarps that protects against rain, dampness, and direct contact with the ground.

Facing climate challenges associated with El Niño, we are prepared to expand our care, providing protection during extreme heat, cold snaps, and storms.

No one should face extreme weather alone. And no life should be invisible.

INVISIBLE CHRISTMAS

Invisible Christmas is SP Invisível's largest campaign, transforming the streets of São Paulo into spaces of encounter, welcoming support, and celebration.

Each year, the campaign takes on a new theme and special activations, inviting society to reflect on social invisibility and turn empathy into action.

At a decorated and illuminated table prepared to welcome 250 people, we serve a special dinner with a Christmas menu created by a chef. Volunteers take part in every detail, while music and the spirit of togetherness make the moment even more special.

In addition to the dinner, we distribute panettone, books, and hygiene kits. For the children, toys, sweets, and Santa hats complete the celebration.

More than offering food and gifts, we strive to provide the joy of feeling welcomed, having a place at the table, and experiencing the magic of Christmas with dignity.

INVISIBLE CHILD

A day for imagination to take flight and joy to take center stage.

Invisible Child is an SP Invisível project that turns Children's Day into a special celebration for socially vulnerable children, ensuring moments of fun, welcoming care, and discovery.

With creative workshops, face painting, crazy hairstyles, games, inflatables, and recreational activities, we create an environment where every child can explore their imagination, develop skills, and experience the joy of being a child.

The party also features special food, popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs, sweets, and gifts, lovingly prepared and delivered by our volunteer team.

More than providing a day of fun, we seek to create cherished memories, strengthen bonds, and offer experiences that many of these children do not always have the opportunity to live.

Because every child deserves to play, dream, be cared for, and experience the magic of their own childhood.

INVISIBLE SCHOOL

More than teaching a trade, we open paths to new beginnings.

Invisible School is an SP Invisível project that promotes professional training, productive inclusion, and income-generating opportunities for people experiencing homelessness and social vulnerability.

Through free courses in areas such as gastronomy, baking, electrical work, and other training programs, we aim to develop skills, boost self-esteem, and prepare participants for new opportunities in the job market.

Our work goes beyond the classroom. Each participant goes through a welcoming process and social support, with assistance in resume building, interview preparation, social-emotional skill development, and connection to job opportunities.

We believe education is a tool for transformation. That is why our methodology considers not only technical qualification, but also each person's stories, challenges, and potential, respecting their pace and journey.

More than training professionals, we want to strengthen autonomy, restore confidence, and create real opportunities to break cycles of social exclusion.

OTHER HUNGERS

There are hungers that cannot be fed with food alone.

At SP Invisível, we believe dignity goes beyond a plate of food. There are other hungers that also require attention: culture, health, affection, leisure, belonging, and opportunities.

Through Other Hungers, we develop initiatives that promote care, community living, and the appreciation of life:

Invisible Library: we create reading and cultural spaces in shelters, expanding access to knowledge and leisure.

Invisible Shower: we provide hot showers, clean clothes, and hygiene kits to people experiencing homelessness, promoting comfort, dignity, and self-esteem.

Invisible Run: we combine sports and solidarity in 5 km runs where runners distribute hygiene kits and broaden their perspective on the reality of the streets.

Invisible Heat: we distribute water, water bottles, and protective items during high temperatures, including special care for the Amicães.

Invisible Easter and Carnival: we hold celebrations with special food, Easter eggs, games, costumes, and activities that bring joy and welcoming warmth to children and adults.

Festa Junina and Julina Celebrations: we turn shelters into celebration spaces with traditional foods, square dancing, games, and lots of music.

Women's Month and Pink October: we carry out actions for self-care, female empowerment, and women's health awareness, featuring workshops, talks, and listening sessions.

Yellow September: we host conversations and activities around mental health, suicide prevention, and valuing life, strengthening bonds and support networks.

Each initiative is born from the commitment to acknowledge stories, listen to needs, and provide experiences that go beyond emergency assistance.

No one is hungry for food alone. Every person deserves care, opportunities, and the right to be seen.
